REFLECTION

  • How was the overall experience of learning Science through ‘Distance Learning’?

I really liked learning science through distance learning and it showed me a lot of new things. The experiments were really fun and gave me something to focus on since I can't really do much right now. Science has really opened my mind and helped me see that there are many wonders in your everyday life such as atoms, chemical reactions, and many more things. My fellow classmates have helped me a lot this year, in group projects and in-class projects, I couldn't have finished this year without them.

  • What activities or labs did you enjoy the most? 

I enjoyed the elements all around us because I got to learn a lot about iron which is something I didn't think would be very interesting at first. My group did their best and even though some of the group didn't do as much as the others it was a great presentation nonetheless. I learned that sometimes it's very easy to see the world as something much smaller than it really is and that there's always more to something than you can see. Elements all around us presentation

Vacation plans

 During summer vacations, I will mostly stay in Lima, spend time with my friends and family, and just follow my everyday routine. I will also continue with my online french and dance classes. I will also go to Miami to get vaccinated like for a week or two and then go back for my birthday in August. This vacations aren't as exiting as most years but I think I will spend them joyfully.

Vacations!

 My plan for these vacations is to travel to the U.S, (Maryland, and New York), where me and my mom will both visit my aunt and cousin, and will also get fully vaccinated. We decided this, as the number of infections are higher here in Perú, not only that but many of my friends are travelling to United States as well and we might get a chance to safely see each other after quite a long time. Im really looking forward to this winter ( in Perú) but (Summer in Unites states) vacations.
