The Year We Didn’t Expect

2020 has been full of secrets. A year that contained a very big world issue that we weren’t aware of. Everyone had their 2020 new years wishes, but nobody knew their wishes wouldn’t come true due to a pandemic. Well, I know it has been very tough for all, but everyone has been trying to take good things out of an awful situation. Teachers and all school members have been working very hard for us students to feel comfortable and happy with distance learning, well, they have reached their goal. In science this year, we weren’t able to have the complete experience of being in a physical classroom but it has been overall great. We have learned physics and chemistry. In physics, we learned about Newton's 3 laws of motion. This unit was great because it made us understand how life works and why we are standing here on earth. As Newton's 3rd law stated, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, and this is exactly what has happened during this year. If a car crashed a wall, the wall would use its resistance to not fall down, but in this case, a pandemic crushed our lives, but with positivism and the will to keep fighting, we have not given up and made this year unique and special.
