Why exercise/sports and videogames are so crucial during quarantine

As we know, a lot of people throughout the world have been getting depressed  or really sad during this quarantine, also people have beed getting really stressed because of work, the economy, your family, and much more. Where I want to go with this is that many scientist have shown that exercise or even better playing sports can relieve a lot of stress and sadness because they distract you into doing things that you like. Still, many people don't like to play sports or exercise, this is where videogames come in, besides people don't liking playing sports or exercising, many can't do neither of them because of the quarantine, this makes videogames almost the only way to pass time in your house. They are really fun and let you talk and play with all your friends.
